Reporting to the General Manager and being a member of the management team, the Marketing Manager’s overall objective is to take responsibility for the marketing of Matthews Group as a whole, as well as developing tailored branch marketing activities to provide consistently better value to customers than competitors.
Your role will encompass marketing strategy and message, managing promotions through various media channels, marketing analysis, collaborating with suppliers on marketing initiatives, defining content for promotions and campaigns, and managing a range of marketing projects and initiatives.
Ideally you will have a relevant tertiary qualification and sound, up to date marketing experience. You will be internet and social media savvy, experienced in managing concurrently a range of marketing projects and initiatives, and be metrics driven with a clear focus on commercial results. You will have a passion for a customer oriented business that combines professional expertise with leading fashion trends.
